Citizenship
The objectives of this outcome are set forth to ensure that
a student will understand the democratic process and principles under which we
live; be a participating and involved member of the community; and be a
responsible, globally aware and tolerant citizen.
I show my citizenship by being in the Michigan Army National Guard. I did the Split Op Program. Which is going to basic training the summer between Junior and Senior year. Then after graduation I go back to Advance Individual Training(AIT) then back for college in the fall.I also participate in a lot of volunteer work.

This was my platoon and my Drill Sergent's. I was my platoon because i was platoon leader. Being a Platoon Leader you up out beyond your way to make sure the safety of your privates are safe. I did everything i could for them .

This picture was taken on one of the best days of my life. It was taken the day before i graduated from basic training. The day before graduation is family day where you get to spend with your families and friends. This is one of my best friends (Kelsey Buentello) who came down to see me graduate i had no clue she was coming and it was a great surprise.
